Returns or exchange are not supported if customers ordered wrong size, product, or they simply dont like the product. If there is an issue with the item we will return or replace. Our Providers don't have inventory space to keep the unwanted items.
However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error with photo evidence.
Please note: each jewelry is made per customer order. There is no inventory.
